Sunday after service
– Book study- How Then Shall we Live
by Wayne Mueller. Rev. Airin
will be facilitating this book study at 12:30 for those who would like to go
deeper with the ideas presented during the lesson.
August 4th
7 – 8:30 PM Speaking Circles Group - back by popular
demand Wednesdays 7 - 8:30 PM August 4 - September 22 (there will be no
meeting the week of September 6 because of WDOP activities) facilitated by
Ros Goldsbrough and Rev. Jesse.
In February, March and April we held Speaking Circles for the first time
here in our community. I thought
that this group would be similar to one that I took part in during my two
years at Unity ministerial
school. Back then it was the
best thing that I ever did for myself to get comfortable being an authentic
speaker in front of people. Our
UCGP group was all of that and much more.
It was a circle of transformation where everyone in it, myself
included, opened into a greater expression of their authentic Christ Self.
It is based on the book “Be Heard Now” by Lee Glickstein.
There are no techniques to learn only finding ease within yourself in
this setting. Please join Ros and me if this kind of living Presence and
comfort within yourself and with others is a desire of your heart.
I promise this group will be a safe, fun, non threatening place to
walk through any fear you have around public speaking and to breakthrough
and awaken into a greater expression of your authentic Christ Self.
You will want to sign up right
away as this group is limited to the first ten people that sign up.
Books are available in the bookstore.

Come join Wiley and “make some rhythm.
Bring your own or use one ours.
No prior drumming experience needed, just the desire to have fun with
rhythm.

Michael Chase
will be with us – His talk is titled “The
Hearts Perspective” through which he explains how we can discover the
ultimate pathway toward both personal and global happiness.

musical guest. She is the Music
Director at Unity of Clearwater, Florida for the last 10 years where she
oversees a band and choir and continually encourages members to seek out
their musical gifts and to find their own voices.
